Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services.
Luxury & Party Vehicle Policy: For Sprinter party buses, regular buses, stretch limousines, and all luxury vehicle bookings, full payment is required upfront at the time of reservation. Cancellations made less than one (1) week prior to the scheduled service date will be subject to a 100% charge. Cancellations made more than one (1) week in advance will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

Yes. Rear-facing infant seats, convertible toddler seats, high-back boosters and special-needs seats are available on request. Tell us your child’s age and weight when you book and the correct seat will be fitted before pickup.
Yes. You can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, or 48 hours for bus bookings. Inside that window a cancellation is charged at 50 per cent of the fare, and within 3 hours of pickup, or for a no-show, the full fare applies. The details are set out in our terms and conditions. For same-day changes please call rather than email, so it reaches the chauffeur in time.
